1. GPT-4 Introduction: On March 14, 2023, ChatGPT integrated GPT-4, offering advanced reasoning and creativity. It's still the best LLM out there.

2. Expansion of Features: The introduction of experimental AI plugins, the ability to turn off chat history, and data export features

3. Mobile App Developments: Updates to the iOS and Android apps, including new features and expanded accessibility.

4. Ethical use of AI: In May 2023, Seeing the developments of AI, the white house convened a group of senior and technology executives to discuss the rise of AI and its ethical use. CEOs from Alphabet, Microsoft, Anthropic, and OpenAI joined Vice President Kamala Harris for the discussion.

5. DALL-E 3 + ChatGPT: In October, OpenAI rolled out a new version of ChatGPT that combines all GPT-4 capabilities. From Browsing, DALL-E 3, to Data Analysis, without having to switch between any mode.

6. Custom GPT: OpenAI announced custom GPTs and the launch of the GPT store in November end.
