Crispy Bites: OpenAI introduced new features for ChatGPT, focusing on memory and user control.
User Control: Users can explicitly tell it to remember something, ask it what it remembers, and tell it to forget conversationally or through settings. This feature is being rolled out to a small portion of Free and Plus users, and it's easy to turn on or off.
How to Delete Memory: Just go to Settings > Personalization > Memory. Then turn it off. Note: If memory is off, you won't create or use memories.

Delete Specific Memory: Just go to Settings > Personalization > Manage Memory. You can also view and delete specific memories or clear all memories in the settings.
Temporary Chat: If you’d like to have a conversation without using memory, use temporary chat. Temporary chats won't appear in history, won't use memory, and won't be used to train ChatGPT models.
